Will I have to sell for a lower price, than if I sold my property privately?


We have experienced valuers that will be able to assess your property and its value and be honest about what money you could expect to sell the property for at our auction.


We mutually decide on a secret reserve price that you would be happy with selling your property for. This price will be reasonable and one that you will be happy to walk away from the property for. This price is only known to us and you and will not be shared with any potential buyers or any of our estate agents who source buyers.


We also flip a standard house sale upside down when it comes to pricing. We start the property on a lower starting bid, and the bids bring it higher. On a standard property sale, you would usually set a price, and expect the potential buyer to negotiate down. We have found our approach to be so much more successful, and there won't be any conversations about bringing the price down.


We want to reassure you that you are the one in the driving seat .We will not pressure you into accepting any offers or bids that you are not happy with. At the end of the day, you make the ultimate decision of how much you sell your property for. We are pleased to say that over 80% of our properties are sold over reserve price.

Will anyone even find my property on auction?

Will I have to attend the auction, in a set location, date and time?


This is not needed with us at all. Traditional auctions will see you attend a specific location, date and time, however, we find that there is a very limited pool of buyers there.

If we don't achieve reserve price or higher in the first auction cycle, we give opportunity for more cycles, which give you the best opportunity of securing the money you want.
