Our culture is underpinned by our values and our values are in everything that we do.

We believe in honesty, respect, humility, relationships and happiness. We believe this best fosters genuine and lasting relationships, which are of upmost importance and what we have built our business on.


We are upfront about how it works, the process of selling and buying with us, any costs associated along the way (free for sellers) and how we get our fees (from the buyers). We know how it feels to be struck with hidden fees, nasty surprises and unclear terms and conditions, and that is not the way we believe true and fair business is conducted.

We believe in going beyond simply being polite. We respect everyone - from clients, employees and all of our stakeholders. By treating everyone with dignity, and acknowledging everyone’s unique contributions, opinions and backgrounds without judgement, we are fostering a safe and positive environment that boosts innovation and creativity.

Humility



We recognise that we would not be where we are without contributions from our clients and employees. We recognise we are all humans with our own weaknesses, and are always open-minded towards different perspective and ideas without judgement. We recognise that there is always more to learn, and think self-awareness of limitations helps us grow and learn to be better for our clients and employees.

Relationships


We understand the importance of building relationships - as this is how our business was born and blossomed. We know that people make the world go round, and we intentionally want it to go rounder for everyone. We believe in treating everyone as equals - human to human, and making sure everyone is understood, equal and valued in our relationships. We know relationships can last a lifetime, and that’s what we are fostering.

Happiness :)


We want to create a happy and positive environment to which clients and employees are drawn to and hopefully stay with us forever. We care about each individual we deal with, and value their opinions and contributions to our business and how we can improve – to in turn be even better for them. There is a lot of joy to go around, and we want to spread it far and wide.

We live and breathe our values both externally to clients, and stakeholders and internally to our employees and always make sure they are at the forefront of all decisions and considerations in our business.


Our values attract the most genuine people, they stand by our values and really want to help our clients to buy and sell their properties. We know they work hard to onboard clients, resolve queries and always be on hand when needed. They are real assets to our business.
